I appreciate KGC’s bulletin board methodology due to the level of interaction I see from respondents and the ability to keep them involved over a period of time. Our partnership with KGC allows us to gather detailed feedback on issues important to my team, allowing us to make decisions on business initiatives in a shorter timeframe. I typically work with KGC using more ‘traditional methodologies, but after using the bulletin board a few times it is something we have added to our arsenal of methodologies.
